Hi,im doing pretty well with my hair so far,i haven't written anything on the blog during the week cause I been busy,writing my exams,sorry about that

All i been doing to my hair is moisturizing and seal with a bit of castor oil,my hair does feel manageable,im trying to retain length so i have been really gentle with my hair,i am seeing some strands on my comb,but i know i will get there,im planning on getting involved in some healthy hair challenges but decided to start with those on the first of each month hey,i think that will make things easier for me, making my hair healthy is my current goal....Lots Of Love

Sunday .wash day

Hi everyone,today is Sunday,my wash day,i was really looking forward to it ,i just love it when I give my hair that extra treat,im focussing on making my hair strong and healthy ,i learnt that there is no growth without health,so health is my focus point here,i have neck length hair,my hair can get really dry,it has volume like HELL NO!THATS THE REAL MEANING OF VOLUME ,ON MY HEAD,So i don't really have much of a problem with thinning hair ,i think massaging Castor Oil in my scalp almost every night also helped with that,yeah i said it,EVERY NIGHT . Make sure you use the plain and original one,no flavours or anything otherwise you won't get all the benefits ...

Okay now back to my wash day,today i actually co-washed my hair,but before that ,i applied a mask,using natural ingredients works wonders trust me!instead of buying that expensive mask...i created one by mixing one egg with 3 tablespoons of yoghurt ,i applied the mixture to my hair,put on my plastic cap and waited for an hour,then i rinsed the mixture out with the help of my moisturizing conditioner and WALA!MY HAIR WAS SO SOFT,LESS FRIZZY AND REALLY FELT MOISTURISED,from there i took my wide tooth comb and went outside,detangled my hair...while air drying ,i applied a moisturiser and sealed with my favorite oil,castor oil,thrn wore my other plastic cap (now im ready for bed)...well i saw a few strands on my comb,not that bad cause last year i had many strands on my comv,before my healthy hair journey,I've researched a lot and found out amazing things about BIOTIN,Im planning to buy it,its really hard to get BIOTIN here in South Africa but I'm planning to buy it online,EBay or BidOrBuy...if you have any ideas on growing health hair ,if you are also on a journey ,join me and let's turn this goal into a reality..Good Luck!
